Minor Weekend Demo

I met with our contractor Friday to finalize our new lighting; there are going to be a lot of cans in here! They are going to be doing electrical and plumbing next week and right now the cabinets are set to be delivered on May 8. Today we received our new washer and dryer and made a trip to the dump with some miscellaneous rubbage, a toilet and the old half wall by the front door.

Demo is complete in the master suite! Behold, our new footprint!

Bring in the Pros

Wow, what a difference a day makes. It looks like almost all of the demo was completed today except the floor and toilet in the master bathroom.

Tada! Randy and I are officially finished with our part of demo for this phase. It's sore in here.

Demo Day

Randy and I spent the majority of our day demoing the kitchen/laundry area.  We found some gross stuff and some shoddy stuff but I can't wait for our stuff to go in.  Enjoy the before and after pics! Work gets started by others on Monday!
