The Tile Has Landed

We have tile people! There has been a lot of floating going on as the tile is being laid so it's taking a bit longer than expected:

We are hopeful that the tile in the foyer and kitchen will be down tomorrow.

Ceiling moulding was also hung today:

We are still on track to install kitchen cabinets this weekend which will go a long way in making this space feel more finished. Hopefully we will be able to meet with a real estate agent next week. We still have a few big things to finish up before we put it on the market but I think the end is near...in a good way.
