Let Me Update Ya!

I am meeting with our GC tomorrow to discuss budget for our original concept (renovate the existing floor plan  and the new concept (expand the floor plan).  After seeing the drawings there are things I really love about the expansion, but I'm not convinced that it's a great investment.  We aren't adding a bedroom or bath; just square footage.  We would have to watch the budget really closely.  Here they are:

Deck on the Left and Master Bath on the Right:

LOVE the walk-in closet and the combination shower/tub.  I would put as many windows in that bathroom as possible; that side of the house has great light. I think I would also add an opening from the master bedroom to the family room.

Holy walk-in closet Batman!  Don't like the Master Suite doors being in the direct sight line from the front door; I think I prefer that room to be living...I still like the idea of a renovated jack-and-jill bath for the spare bedrooms.

Most preferred floor plan; BIGGEST reasonable closet option; bring on the spa tub and shower...looks cheap. ;)
